Stuffing Happens – The Lazy Bartender

When Phil's mishap in the kitchen ruins Thanksgiving dinner, The Lazy Bartender saves the day with her new drink, "Stuffing Happens".

In a shaker filled with ice, add the following and shake:

2 oz. Cranberry Juice
2 oz. Potato Vodka
1 oz. Heavy Cream

Strain into a fancy schmancy glass, and top with 1 ounce of Proseco or other sparkling wine.

Spiked Frosty – The Lazy Bartender

The #LazyBartender is stunned to find her stockpile of ice has gone missing. When she discovers who took it, and what he used it for, it inspires her to make a new drink; the Spiked Frosty

The Hobgoblin – A Lazy Bartender Halloween Special

Halloween has not changed much over the years, in fact it’s pretty simple, kids dress up, they ring your doorbell, they get free candy. Though at some point many adults decided they didn’t want to answer the door and simply set out a bucket of candy for the kids to help themselves at. Well for you adults out there that brave opening the door here is a drink which will make the long night pass as a very pleasant evening.

Stop by your local liquor store and/or grocery store and pick up the following items:
Apple Cider
Spiced Rum

The Hobgoblin Cocktail:
2oz chilled apple cider
1oz spiced rum

Top with cinnamon
Toss in slices of apple (and eat once you are done with the drink)

Stir the liquids together in your glass, then add the apples, sprinkle of cinnamon, and enjoy your drink which tastes exactly like a caramel apple.

Note: to make a large pitcher of these use 1 quart of apple cider to 1 1/4 cups of spiced rum and this can be made up to 12 hours ahead of time. Add the garnish to each glass after the pour.

About the Show:
The Lazy Bartender comes out once a week featuring Kate Bowyer mixing cocktails with 4 ingredients or less - because, you know, she's the Lazy Bartender and more than 4 is just too much (unless she’s tipsy and accidentally adds more).
